My Published Work
Santa Barbara City College
The Channels
I joined The Channels at Santa Barbara City College in my Spring semester of my High Scool senior year. Starting out as a staff reporter covering the Student Senate, I was asked in the Fall to be the News Editor, one of the youngest ever at the school. As News Editor I assigned/oversaw all articles in my section, coordinated with other Section editors, mentored new staff reporters, and covered Academic Senate Meetings in addition to a full course load.
The Bunion/ The Pinky Toe
Boston University
In Fall of 2020, I transferred to Boston University and was selected to join the University's satirical paper, The Bunion, and later it's all-female sister paper, The Pinky Toe. Though my time at BU was short, I enjoyed the opportunity to write comedy with really funny people.
